Both her mother and father grew up in Atlanta. Her father attended Boys High and Marist before going to that ‘trade school on North Avenue,’ The Georgia Institute of Technology. Laura grew up in Northeast Atlanta and met her husband, Gary, while he was attending Georgia Tech. She and her husband have a son who is a graduate of The University of Georgia and a daughter who graduated from Auburn University. Laura lives in Roswell with her husband of more than thirty years and their dog, Bogart, and cat, Jasper. When not working hard for her clients, she enjoys reading, hiking, gardening and travel.
